Custom Order

Ordering customs is a breeze! 

Please send over PNG files with TRANSPARENT background, PDF or SVG files only. Any other files may be rejected and your order will be cancelled or placed on hold which will cause delays in processing. If you have trouble sending the file here, please email it WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER to customerservice@simplycherry.shop. Please make sure to provide a monitored email address in case I have any issues with your file.

If the file is too large to email or upload, you can email it to us at  scherry.customerservice@gmail.com

Not sure how to find what I need? Just search whatever it is you’re looking for on Etsy! Files purchased from Etsy are the safest because they are uploaded at 300DPI.
