Turn Around Time

Turn around times are product specific. All items not in stock are hand made and have a 10-21 business day turn around. That may be subject to extension due to COVID related shipping delays. Please email to inquire about specific ETAs. 

Returns / Refunds

Simply Cherry gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise for a store credit (Simply Cherry E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped. Sale items or custom items are final sale. Due to the ongoing shirt shortage and supply chain issues, if a color you chose is backordered you have the option to wait until the shirt comes back in stock, choose a different color, size, or style, or take a credit for a future purchase. If you have received a defective item, please contact me within 3 DAYS to inform me of the issue. If I am not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing. Please read the size charts and measure. Things fit every body type differently and I cannot tell you how it will fit you if you don't measure. TIP: Compare measurements to your favorite shirts. Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary due to the unpredictable nature of the bleaching. These situations do not qualify as defects.
