The Simply Cherry Collection is a collection of vendors located in the heart of downtown Howell, MI. We have a wide variety of local vendors work displayed and sold out of our store and we'd love to have you join our team!

Pricing varies based on the displays required to showcase your items. We do our best to accomodate all our vendors and their items. Pricing starts at $35 a month.

WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER

We offer an wonderful team of cashiers. Our girls will learn about your product so that we can provide the best explanation to our customers. We provide a guaranteed 3 month contract with NO COMMISSION, so you keep ALL OF YOUR SALES! We collect sales tax for you so there's no hassle come tax time. We provide monthly sales reports so you will always be up to date on what you've sold. We will display your artwork in our display windows, on our social media pages and on our "Shop The Vendors" page of our website during your 3 month contract period. We allow the flexibility to come in and exchange or restock your inventory as often as you wish.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU

We ask for a signed 3 month contract, with a 30 day "notice of intent" for the upcoming 3 month contracting period. There is a shared space fee of 5% that is applied to your monthly sales report. (This helps absorb the cost of credit card sales and paper products) We ask that you keep your space fully stocked during your contract period. We understand you may have art festivals and fairs throughout your contract,  but we also strive to provide a fully stocked marketplace for our shoppers as well. If a customer places a "custom order" for artwork while visiting our marketplace, we will charge an additional 4% fee. The Simply Cherry Collection is a collective marketplace. As such, PROMOTION is essential for our growth and prosperity. We are all in this together, so getting the word out to your websites, social media pages and festival followers is GREATLY APPRECIATED!
